About
Hello, I'm Sarah, a qualified teacher and dance specialist. Thank you for taking the time to visit Sunflower Dance.
I have many years of experience in dance and have worked around the world as a teacher, dancer, choreographer and entertainer. These experiences have proudly led me to create Sunflower Dance.
Sunflower Dance offers a variety of fun and inclusive dance opportunities. I pride myself on high quality dance provision catered for each individual. Each session is specially designed to inspire, uplift, and connect. Our ethos is that dance is for all, a universal language that brings everybody together.

LITTLE SUNFLOWERS
After school dance fun for children 4-11yrs

Little Sunflowers is a fun and friendly club that introduces a new dance style or topic each term, using games, movement, and creative activities to maintain a lively and stimulating atmosphere. We regularly celebrate accomplishments with weekly sticker charts, awards and end-of-term performances, ensuring an exciting and rewarding experience.
DANCE DAY
School holiday dance fun for children 4-11yrs

We lead children on imaginative dance journeys, engage in fun games, learn routines, explore with various styles, and collaborate on creative activities. Each Dance Day offers a unique and themed experience, leaving lasting memories for the children. We wrap up each day with a celebratory end-of-day performance and presentation to showcase the children's accomplishments. You can find our Dance Days at all of our Little Sunflower venues during the school holidays.
MINI SUNFLOWERS
Dance fun for little ones 2-4yrs

In every session we transport the children into an imaginative, dance adventure. We explore movement through telling stories, games and creative tasks. Children build key dance skills such as coordination, movement memory and rhythm, whilst having so much fun with their grown up. A great introductory class to dance.
DANCE FOR EDUCATION

We collaborate closely with schools to craft customised lessons and programmes tailored to the students. DANCE FITNESS AND WELL-BEING
Dance as a means to maintain physical fitness, boost morale, and unite people.
Our dance fitness sessions are fun and uplifting. They are focused on building strength, stamina and coordination through easy to follow, fun routines. The sessions are designed for the group, taking into consideration age, ability levels and additional needs. The music is carefully selected and the routines infused with styles of dance the group would enjoy.

We work with you to plan a really special dance session, for all to join in. We can come to your venue or we can organise a space for you.
BIRTHDAY DANCE PARTY
A fun dance session for children or adults
Every dance party session is tailor made. The two hour session includes fun routines, games, a special birthday choreography and a present from Sunflower Dance. The dance party can be designed around a theme or interest. Some popular themes are Disney, unicorns, the wild west, superheros and disco mania. We have lots of fun ideas to give you some inspiration. We can additionally organise extras such as party bags and prizes to go with the theme.
HEN DANCE PARTY/WEDDING CHOREOGRAPHY
Dance for your big day
With fun games, creative tasks and an easy to learn routine for the group why not have a giggle with our hen dance sessions! The dance party can be themed. Some popular sessions are Spice Girls, Strictly Come Dancing, Boybands and the 80's. The bride/hen receives a bottle of bubbly and we can organise some fun camera shots with the group throughout the session.
Sunflower Dance can choreograph a unique wedding dance for the couple (or even whole wedding party!) to a song of their choice. We can also give the happy couple some tuition to help build confidence for their wedding dance.
